Doe Triple D tractors at Southwell Ploughing Match. These are quite rare but six of them got together to make this superb display. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doe_Triple-D
Allen never happier than when hacksawing his way through a crankcase or cylinder head.
It’s been three years. Have they found Alan Baldwin yet?
People like AM made British engineering great in years gone by
I can't even get a straight cut through a pipe
Well done for catching the early genius, superb, thank you.
This Guy Does More With A Hacksaw Before 9:00 AM Than Most Of Us Do All Day!! He Could Make A Yamaha TZ-750 Into An 8-Cylinder!!
Should be Knighted for his invaluable contribution to British Engineering.
Did Alan Baldwin ever get to the Suzuki stand?
I wonder how much power it makes?
What a sound.
All completed in a white T-shirt.
A brilliant engineer!!
Beautiful music
A rare, unique and amazing talent! Respect!
Genius.
Allen is the only person I know that has a hand-operated CNC hacksaw....
Allen Millyard..unassuming genius
Damn,that sounds good
Man, I would love to go to a class on how he does that with him teaching.
That must be the world's worst green gas can
thank god that this man is alive during the internet...
The people watching Allen can’t believe their eyes!
Remember that well
Looking young here
And a 83 cc single
Allen Millyard a modest family man working in a small workshop who has a passion. I salute you.
Most engineers use the hacksaw to get out of jail quick.
This is particularly interesting. I’d love to know more about the crankshaft arrangement, if you would be willing to go over the subject. Great fun. 😎
This man is amazing.
Where is he located
Will you build me one
I would think putting them parts in a power hacksaw would get a more perfect cut,, but i must be wrong because i have never done it. I needed him to make my Montesa Reliable,, we gave up and sold it..
It’s hard to believe he was young once and still did this stuff….was he born this way?
I was at that show, I remember seeing Mr Millyard there.
Brilliant!!!!
Milly with an orthodox haircut !
amazing workmanship and an engineering legend, 9 hrs to build a five cylinder then fire her up awesome
He cut the engine with hacksaw and rebuild it like a puzzle what a genius
Only needs hack saw and phillips head.
I wants buy a Prius and put that engine in it...
Notice how his hacksaw arm is much is much further developed than the left
